That's how we see it at Bastl Instruments, and that's why we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help us spread our vision further. If you're excited about kick-starting marketing for a global brand that isn't afraid to experiment and do things differently, we might be looking for you.
What can you expect?
- You'll coordinate marketing activities – manage social media and other campaigns, prepare strategies, and help organize the community around Bastl.
- You'll ensure our voice is authentic and bold – we are about creativity, playfulness, and pushing boundaries.
- You'll connect our Brno team with international partners and help us maintain communication and collaboration on a global level.
- Your contribution counts. We seek someone who brings ideas and sees new ways to engage our audience.
Who are we looking for?
- Marketing experience: You understand how campaigns work and know how to coordinate them effectively.
- Independent spirit: DIY, independent culture, creative projects – if this excites you, you'll feel at home here.
- Innovative thinking: We're not looking for someone who follows a template. We want someone who loves authenticity and tries new approaches.
- Active approach and goal orientation: You can plan, organize, and execute the time of both you and your team.
- Synth universe navigation: Knowing the world of synthesizers and/or playing synths is an advantage, not a must. However, you need to demonstrate your ability to get oriented fast.
- English: Since we have international customers and partners, English is a must.
- Brno-based: We need you here in Brno to be part of our team and daily operations.
